This week's Class 3A regional final between University School and American Heritage-Delray will feature some of the nation's top high school football prospects. It will also two of the nation's best high school football teams.

The Suns and Stallions remain the lone teams from Broward and Palm Beach county ranked in some of the nation's major high school football rankings. Entering Friday's game, the Suns have the edge in the polls and are ranked in in the top 10 of three rankings. Heritage-Delray is ranked in just two polls--the Rivals 100 and the ESPN 25 Power Rankings.

All of that will change after Friday when one team moves on and the other sees its season end.

Here's a look at how the rest of the state stacks up as we move into the second week of the postseason:

ESPN 25 Power Rankings
Defending Class 7A state champion Bradenton Manatee has been ranked among the nation's top teams all season. The Hurricanes remain in that spot, and are ranked No. 1 by ESPN. Heritage-Delray moved up four spots to No. 12, while University moved up five spots to No. 14. Gainesville is No. 25.

Manatee remains No. 1, while University moved up a spot to No. 9.

Here too, Manatee hangs on to the nation's top ranking, while University remains at No. 10. Gainesville rose two spots to No. 20 and previously-unranked Miami Booker T. Washington takes the No. 25 spot.

Rivals 100
Not surprisingly, the nation's biggest ranking--100 teams--has the most Florida representation. Manatee is ranked No. 2, University School is No. 7, and Miami Central is No. 12, while Miami Booker T. Washington is No. 13. Also ranked are Heritage-Delray (No. 34), Gainesville (No. 62), Orlando Dr. Phillips (No. 77), Cocoa (No. 78), and Tampa Plant (No. 89).

Manatee remains the No. 1 team in the nation, while Orlando Dr. Phillips is up three spots to No. 17.
